David and his team did a stunning job on repainting a bunch of parts on my Tacoma. Not only did he blow Maaco's quote out of the water, but the warranty is lifetime compared to only a few years with Maaco. David had great communication throughout the process and even met me on the weekend when they were closed so I could drop my truck off. Absolutely amazing customer service. I would absolutely recommend in-n-out collision.

I needed dent repairs to the passenger side of my 2018 Mazda CX-5. I had gone to a few places in town and was recommended to In-n-Out Collision by another pricy corporate shop. The owner, David, was immediately willing to help, explaining what was needed without the unnecessary frills while remaining friendly and upfront the whole way through. He values locals, running his business and treating customers like family. He followed through on the original quote, including a discounted car rental, and was transparent and easy to reach for updates. When I picked up my car within a reasonable timeframe, the dent had disappeared like magic, the blue paint job was blended perfectly, and the car had even been cleaned. I could not be happier, and while I hope I don’t have to return, I will have no hesitations coming back in the future.

David and his team painted my 2005 Scion TC. It desperately needed a makeover! I was so happy with the finished product!!! I feel like I have a brand new car! They took their time, were very detail-oriented, and kept me updated throughout the process. The price is competitive and their professionalism was second to none. I've been walking past this business for years and always wanted to give them a shot. I always noticed that they did auto detailing too. I texted the number on the website last week and made an appointment. I dropped my car off this morning and picked it up at the end of the day. Not only did they do everything that I asked, but they kept me updated during the day, and also found a couple small issues that my last auto body shop did incorrectly. David was in charge of the detail and called me when it was finished. They used a 3 step process on the exterior and they got scratches out that no one else has been able to get out. Additionally, I take my 5 Huskies to and from work with me every day, so needless to say there was more than an excessive amount of dog hair in my car. I even explained when I talked to David that I was not expecting all of the dog hair to be gone given how much there was. When I picked it up...NO DOG HAIR !!! I was shocked ! I wanted to write this review because I was so impressed with the quality of work and the value. I feel like my car hasn't been this clean and nice since the first month I had it (3 years ago). Thank you David and thank you guys...I will be coming back !!!
